Fun and upbeat July 4th-themed class with an emphasis on using blocks throughout the flow in creative and useful ways to challenge and expand the practice. Bring 2 blocks to your mat and sport your most festive July 4th attire! Free for Bare Bones and Overkill members, $15 to drop in. Feel free to use the accompanying playlist on Spotify.
