Come unwind with a soothing bedtime ritual to promote a restful night’s sleep. This class will include a bit of pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and restorative yoga to release tension in the mind and body. All levels are welcome, as this class is beginner friendly. You may want to bring two yoga blocks or thick books, a bolster or large pillow, a blanket, and a strap to the mat with you!
