A) REGULAR CLASSES - VIRTUAL (on Zoom)

1.   Regular classes are those classes that are part of the Bare Bones pricing plan. This will be identified in the “Part of a Pricing Plan” section when booking the class. If “Bare Bones” is listed, this class is a regular class.

2.   Regular classes require a minimum of 2 registered students to run. When the minimum is not met 60 minutes prior to start time, Daayani Yoga will cancel the class.

2.1.  If the student purchased the class as a single class (with monetary means or a coupon), and the class was NOT booked as part of an existing pricing plan, Daayani Yoga will contact the student to arrange for a credit/coupon for a class of equal or lesser value at a later date. Once contacted by Daayani Yoga, the student has 24 hours to communicate their decision regarding these arrangements. Credits/coupons are issued for the value of the class.

2.2.   If the class was booked as part of an existing pricing plan, students are not eligible for compensation via credit/coupon.

2.3.   All classes are non-refundable (money) but may be credited as outlined in sections 2 and 3.

3.   Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed sixty (60) minutes prior to the class start time (= the cancellation cutoff) with the following conditions:

3.1.   For pricing plan holders, cancellations or rescheduling after the cancellation cutoff or students who no-show will be issued an invoice in the amount of $5 (plus processing fee). Invoices are due within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Where invoices are not paid after 30 days, Daayani Yoga reserves the right to restrict the student’s ability to book or attend subsequent classes.

3.2.   For students who purchased a single class (with monetary means or a coupon), cancellations after the cancellation cutoff will NOT be compensated for the class (credit/coupon).

3.3.   Students who no-show will NOT be compensated (credit/coupon).

3.4.   For students who purchased a single class (with monetary means or a coupon), cancellations before the cancellation cutoff are eligible for a credit/coupon for a class of equal or lesser value at a later date. The student must request these arrangements within 24 hours of the original class start time. Credits/coupons are issued for the value of the class. Rescheduling via the website or app before the cancellation cutoff is possible for the student to complete and free of charge. See 3.1 for cancellations/rescheduling after the cancellation cutoff.

3.5.   Cancellations should be made through the Wix member dashboard (or on the website member login) next to the relevant booking under "Upcoming Bookings." If the student is unable to cancel through the website or app, the student should message Daayani Yoga via the Wix app, the website chat, or text at (516) 512-7070.

3.6.   Extenuating circumstances will be considered and Daayani Yoga reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation policy as seen fit.

3.7.   All classes are non-refundable (money) but may be credited as outlined in sections 2 and 3.

4.   We ask that students make an effort to arrive at class on time. Daayani Yoga instructors will do their best to monitor messages and the Zoom waiting room regularly until 10 minutes after class time. Following 10 minutes past start time, student message or arrival may not be seen immediately, causing further delays in attendance.

4.1.   We ask that students give their instructor a heads-up when they know in advance they will be late / miss the start of class. That way, the instructor will know to expect the student in the Zoom waiting room.

4.2.   Missing the start of class or any subsequent delays are non-refundable/not eligible for credit.

4.3.   No shows caused by missing the start of class will follow the no-show clauses in this policy.

5.   Where additions or exceptions to this policy exist in advance, these will be noted in the class description.

6.   Daayani Yoga reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason without any liability.

B) POP-UP CLASSES - VIRTUAL (on Zoom)

1.   Pop-up classes are those classes that are NOT part of the Bare Bones pricing plan. This will be identified in the “Part of a Pricing Plan” section when booking the class. If “Bare Bones” is NOT listed, this class is a pop-up class.

2.   Pop-up classes require a minimum of 5 registered students to run. When the minimum is not met at least 2 hours prior to start time, Daayani Yoga will cancel the class.

2.1.   If the class was NOT booked as part of an existing pricing plan (i.e., the student purchased a single class with monetary means or a coupon), Daayani Yoga will contact the student to arrange for a credit for a class of equal or lesser value at a later date. Once contacted by Daayani Yoga, the student has 24 hours to communicate their decision regarding these arrangements. Credits/coupons are issued for the value of the class.

2.2.   If the class was booked as part of an existing pricing plan, students are not eligible for compensation (credit/coupon).

2.3.   Daayani Yoga reserves the right to cancel earlier than 2 hours before class at their discretion.

2.4.   All classes are non-refundable (money) but may be credited as outlined in sections 2 and 3.

3.   Pop-up classes are non-refundable if canceled by the student, but may be eligible to be credited (rescheduled) with the following conditions:

3.1.   The cancellation cutoff is 8 days prior to class day and time based on the same weekday. For instance, if a pop-up occurs on Saturday at 10 am, the cutoff is the previous Saturday at 10 am. If the student cancels after the cancellation cutoff, the cancellation cannot be credited or rescheduled.

3.2.   If the student cancels prior to the cancellation cutoff, the class can be rescheduled. It is the student’s responsibility to contact Daayani Yoga within 24 hours of the cutoff to request a credit for rescheduling. Credits/coupons are issued for the value of the class.

3.3.  Cancellations should be made through the Wix member dashboard (or on the website member login) next to the relevant booking under "Upcoming Bookings." If the student is unable to cancel through the website or app, the student should message Daayani Yoga via the Wix app, the website chat, or text at (516) 512-7070.

3.4.   Daayani Yoga Goth Night, donation-based classes, and any other classes of nominal fee (e.g., $5 or below) can never be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

3.5.   Extenuating circumstances will be considered and Daayani Yoga reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation policy as seen fit.
