Could it be?! A Dig Deeper Weekend Immersion!
The Daayani Duo has put together a full weekend of fun and horror and learning, and you’re invited to join in person (private location in Nassau County - DM for more info) or virtually (Zoom) on 9/22, 23, & 24!
The plan:
Friday 9/22: Join us at 6pm-9pm for an hour long co-taught Daayani “pass the mic” vinyasa class, followed by a celebration of our 5 year anniversary with pizza (vegan options!) and an outdoor horror movie! Students not part of the immersion can drop-in to this event for $25 via Venmo @Daayani-yoga (put “Friday Dig Deeper” in Venmo note with your email address)!
Saturday 9/23: @jenna.daayaniyoga will kick things off with a 10-11am Fire Flow class (free virtually for all members). Following class, we will dive into a two hour “Sharpen your tools” workshop, consisting of various new methods to enhance your foundational vinyasa practice. We will take a break for complimentary lunch, followed by a 2 hour “BTK” workshop, where we will explore all types of traditional and funky binds!
Sunday 9/24: Lianna will open the day from 11-12pm with a Fire Flow class, (free virtually for all members). We will then jump into the “You’ll float too” portion, workshopping arm balances & inversions. We’ll take a break for complimentary lunch, and conclude with our “Die, die, my darling” segment where we will go over different meditative techniques such as pranayama, yoga nidra, & guided visualizations.
