Dig Deeper: A Thrilling & Chilling Weekend Immersion

Could it be?! 

The Daayani Duo has put together a full weekend of fun and learning together for you, and you’re invited to join in person (private location in Nassau County DM for more info) or virtually on 6/30-7/2!  

The plan:  

Friday 6/30: Join us at 6pm-9pm for an hour long co-taught traditional Daayani “pass the mic” vinyasa class, followed by a celebration of our 5 year anniversary with pizza and a projected outdoor movie! Participants not part of the weekend immersion can drop-in for $25 via Venmo @Daayani-yoga (put “Friday pass the mic” in Venmo note)!   

Saturday 7/1: Jenna will kick things off by teaching a 10-11am Fire Flow class (included virtually for all bare bones & overkill members). Following our practice, we will dive into a two hour “Sharpen your tools” practice, consisting of various new methods to enhance your foundational vinyasa practice. We will take a break for complimentary lunch, followed by a 2 hour “BTK practice”, where we will workshop all types of funky binds!   

Sunday 7/2: Lianna will open the day by guiding us through an 11-12pm Fire Flow class, (included virtually for all barebones and overkill members). We will then jump into our “You’ll float too” portion, workshopping arm balances and inversions. We’ll take a break for complimentary lunch, and conclude with our “Die, die, my darling” segment of the immersion, where we will practice different meditative techniques such as pranayama, yoga nidra, & guided visualizations.
