With you drink of choice, alcoholic or not, move through a vinyasa practice full of twists, balances, & laughs, featuring a playlist of Howard’s favorite Musica en Español y más!
Class is all levels and all are always welcome. Virtual option available for our Daayogis joining us from afar.
In-studio participants will enjoy a complimentary drink from our DIY Marg Station (instructions & ingredients will be provided). Feel free to bring any garnishes or additional flavors you’d like to share with the class!
