My Bloody Valentine: Blindfold Yoga *IN-PERSON*

We’re excited to announce our return to the Leaky Lifeboat in Sestord! Join us for My Bloody Valentine *BLINDFOLD YOGA!*

This class will be held in person and also on zoom, so there’s no reason to miss out!

My Bloody Valentine is a Valentine’s themed class with a twist… we’ll be practicing blindfolded! See what happens when you flow without the sense of sight—because love is blind!

This is an all levels class that comes with a complimentary beverage of choice! You can expect to move at a slower pace—but remember, slow certainly doesn’t translate to “easy”! There will be a wild mixed playlist of love and heartbreak songs (not fit for sensitive baby ears). Bring your own blindfold (can use a sleep mask, bandana, etc) and yoga mat.
