My Bloody Valentine: IN PERSON

They say love is blind, so lets grab our blindfolds and flow through an all-levels gentle/slow but challenging vinyasa flow to a soundtrack of love and heartbreak songs. Class will end with a guided meditation. All in person participants will receive a valentine and a special bloody red shake after class, provided by T3 Nutrition!

Class is held in person at T3 Nutrition, located in the bloody heart of Amityville. Please allow extra time for parking and finding the location--it's kind of hidden! Message us if you have any questions.

Please bring your own mat and blindfold, scarf, sleep mask, etc. (and cash tips for T3's amazing staff who will be hand-making everyone's drinks fresh)!
