About the Event
Lovers of AFI, unite for a post-show stretch to an AFI playlist in beautiful Griffith Park (weather permitting) the day after the infamous Sing the Sorrow anniversary show in LA! This will be an all-levels vinyasa flow targeting parts of the body that are typically sore after a night out at a concert, such as the feet, legs, back, and neck. No prior yoga experience is required for this class.
Jenna will curate a playlist of songs from all of the different AFI eras for us to flow to. If you have a song request, let her know ASAP!
