Time to get your hands dirty and grab your lab coats! ”Indescribable... Indestructible! Nothing Can Stop It!” Join the Daayani Duo for a very special Dig Deeper Express: Asana Laboratory training on Friday, 2/17 from 6-9pm! The series of events: 🦠 From promptly 6-7pm, the ghouls will guide you through a signature all-levels & co-taught “pass the mic” style Daayani vinyasa class. This part is OPEN to all to drop-in, and included in all Bare Bone & Overkill memberships! 🦠 Following the class portion, we will enter the lab by breaking down some popular asanas that you have probably seen offered in Daayani classes, from about 7-8:30pm. We will have time to run through the alignment of the poses, along with in depth customizations for all bodies, which include both modifications, amplifications, use of props, & more. 🦠 We will wind down the evening with a little Q & A from 8:30-9pm! This is YOUR time to ask us any questions related to a specific asana we did or didn’t cover, and/or how to sequence the poses together creatively, etc! Keep in mind, this is a *SUPER MINI* version of what we do in our regular Dig Deeper custom training program (DM to inquire). You *do not* have to be a yoga instructor to take either—you just have to be a lover of yoga, willing to learn, play, fall, laugh, & show up!
