Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 30 minutes prior to the class start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with 30 minutes of the start time, or no-shows. If you can’t make it, you can cancel your class in the member dashboard next to your booking under "Upcoming Bookings." If you're having trouble, please text us at (516) 512-7070. Any refunds for studio cancellations must be requested within 14 days of the cancellation. Classes with only one registered student would be considered a private session, therefore, the regularly scheduled class will be canceled. At that point, the sole student will have the option to proceed with a private session at the private session rate or reschedule for another time. If that is not possible, we can arrange for a credit for a class at a later date or a refund. Students have 24 hours after the start time of the cancelled class to contact us for these arrangements. Daayani Yoga reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason without any liability.
