Wine Down Wednesday: Decemberunderground

Service Description

In preparation for Yule (Winter Solstice), Jenna will be leading Wine Down Wednesday: Decemberunderground on 12/20 at 9pm on Zoom. Show up and tune in with a grounding & warming slow-flow for all levels followed by a “letting go” ritual, to AFI’s seventh studio album in its entirety (songs that shaped Jenna into the person you know today!). Yule marks the darkest and longest night of the year. The darkness forces us to turn inward and confront our shadows so that we can embrace the coming light. In our ritual we will release what no longer serves us and invite abundance into the new year. Please bring 2 yoga blocks as well as 2 candles (real or LED), a fire safe bowl/cauldron, paper, and a writing utensil. If you only have one candle, that’s fine. You are welcomed to sip wine or a beverage of your choice throughout class!
